Abstract

Human capital is a multidimensional concept and a major component of intellectual capital. Indeed, the term human capital derives from the economic theory of human capital developed by Becker and Theodore Schultz W. Indeed, economists reach the same conclusion concerning the definition of human capital. Hence, human investment mainly concerns education and is preserved and developed through training to increase productivity. This means that spending is spent on education, education and training.
