Abstract

The situation of women in Algerian society has undergone a significant development at all levels and in various economic, social, legal and cultural fields, as a result of a number of factors, notably the high percentage of women's education, the emergence of feminist human rights movements, as well as the various global changes in this field and the openness Algerian society on these changes. Despite all the development that women have known, there is still a reality of life, even after they have been liberated and entered outer space, but the traditional view of the position of women and their role in society has hardly changed for some, especially from the side of the man, so that physical emancipation has not freed them from some ideas and The mentality associated with its presence within this community and the need to always be subjected and controlled and even the necessity of violence on it at times
