Abstract

The city is the conclusion of urban life.It is the « humanbeing » as the populousness scientists defined.It is : people and tranports.It is business and economics, art and construction,relations and emotions,goverment and politics,culture and taste.It is a valid expression of the reflection of the population culture and nations development .It is an image of man’s struggle, and his victories and defeats.It is also an image of power and poverty,need and weakness.The development and growth of cities is a problem which is difficult to follow in a clear way,for a number of reasons.With no doubth,the cities emerged as an expression of spiritual , material, social and political conditions.This image has been reflected on the cities changes and contruction development.So, it is an inevitability of socio-historical which has been emerged from the intersection of time and place
