Abstract

In this research, we will attempt to shed light on the most important stations of organizational thought, beginning with presenting the views of the classical school leaders to Modern theories. This will be done by analyzing the schema presented by American sociologist Richard Scott, who has tried to sum up contributions The thinkers, by distinguishing between closed and open formats on the one hand, and the distinction between rational and irrational patterns on the other, as well as the combination of them, were identified by four major time stations. Each station or era reflected perceptions and united the concerns of thinkers, Different tools and levels of analysis
