Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the relationship between professional pressures and the job satisfaction among employees of
the fixed-term contract system in The establishment public of health of proximity of bousaada,. The results of the study
revealed There is an inverse correlation between each of the dimensions of the three professional pressures: after the
pressures of private life events and after the human relations in the work and after the fear of job loss and job satisfaction
