Abstract

Process of carriers management are the various activities and programs undertaken by the organization to achieve
consistency, between the desires and qualifications of individuals on the one hand and the positions they occupy and career
growth on the other, and thus achieve the objectives of both the institution and individuals together, and this through the
development of an effective career path for the workers where their aspirations by running the stages of the worker through
the course of life career path, it began with the appropriate recruitment by finding suitable job for each suitable individual and
then providing training and promotion opportunities to maintain it until the guarantee of its loyalty and it will benefit the
organization and the individual together, in this research we seek to address the importance of conducting the career stages,
for organizations that seek to retain their employees and a necessary process to improve their performance and increase in
production, the process of addressing the process of the career is to assess the capacity of the workers and their abilities and
competencies, enabling the organization to achieve its objectives effectivelyand adapt to rapid developments.
