A systematic analysis of the reality of the application of ISO 9000 in the Algerian institution

Abstract

The quality approach is a process of progress and a project of change, especially with the
opening of the country's borders and the globalization of the economy which imposes a level of
competitiveness on Algerian companies; survive and develop or remain competitive companies must
be in a process of progress at all levels of the organization. we have chosen to organize this article in
two parts with the introduction; the first part on the theory of systems as an approach to analyzing the
reality of the company which will allow us to have an approach to analyze the subsystems of the
interdependence of the stakeholders of the company as the aspect socio-cultural and organizational
and environmental aspects according to the JL LEMOIGNE approach and in the second part we
present ISO 9000 as a quality process which imposes registration and contro .Indeed our problem
statement is: The quality approach through ISO 9000 being a project of change; how can we
analyze the context of ISO 9000 with a META SYSTEM that is both personal, organizational and
environmental ?
