Abstract
The object of the article is to seize, through the representations and the professional
and family perceptions, the identity construction to a category of women executives that we
considered as category of executives "innovator", going against the stereotypes of the genre.
This identity joins in a process where the women executives set up strategies to by-pass the
obstacles bound to the professional and in the middle family space to progress in the career
which they estimate to deserve. The results drive us to envisage that the professional
aspiration of these women find their resources in the family life which gives him the
legitimacy of the desire of progress to the work
