The problems of government kindergartens from the point of view of principals and teachers working in them in the northern governorates of Jordan

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal government kindergartens problems from the perspective of
managers and teachers working in the provinces of the north in the Hashemite Kingdom of
Jordan for the academic year 2015/2016.Researcher followed the descriptive analytical
approach in the study, the study sample consisted of (159), director and teacher, the number
of female managers (68) and number of parameters (91) of workers in the public
kindergartens of the school districts in the four provinces of the north (Irbid, Jerash, Mafraq,
Ajloun) was stratified random sampling method.The study results showed the existence of
problems in kindergarten from the point of view of both the managers and the parameters that
these problems from their perspective and clear dramatically, and the results showed no
significant differences between the averages of views between managers and parameters to
the problems of kindergartens in the provinces of the north, and the results showed that
problems facing kindergartens are varied and different problems, each of which has its own
importance among the problems, as there are no differences between the variable categories
of expertise on every dimension, which represents the problems facing the kindergarten
