Abstract

The teaching approach competencies modern approach has been able to impose itself in
most educational systems on a global level, iven due to its theoretical foundations and practical
principles, to be nominated by the educational philosophy and approach to teaching can achieve
the advancement and development in various fields, hat, at least from the perspective of countries
adopted in its system that educational. On this basis of this article comes in the context of
highlighting the assets and historical perspectives, as well as the principles and practical
foundations of the educational process in the light of this teaching approach, And that led to
adopting widely in most education systems of the developed world and the developing world alike.
