Abstract

Organizations working on different activities, to achieve certain goals, and the
peak of these goals is to achieve a competitive advantage on the rest of the organizations
working in the same activity, and this will not come only two dimensions essential, namely
the perceived value of the client, which is not expressed only in the product price or
service , but also in customer get on top of the other competing organizations, the value of
this as well as the extent of their conviction to the product or service, as well as after-sales
services, while the second dimension of excellence is the one who earns the organization
recognizable in the presentation of the good or service that can not be replicated or
Mnavsthemn party another organization. To achieve the competitive advantage of the
organization, human resources management plays an active and vital role in making the
human element in itself a competitive advantage, as the human side of the organization,
which is the engine of substantially all material and financial elements contribute to
increasing the productivity and profit, for this human resources management seeks to
follow the strategy of the Court during the recruitment, training and development of human
resources and coordinate their efforts and policy to do so and objectives, in order to take
advantage of the wealth of the highest possible efficiency.
