The quality of communication in organizations: A strategic dimension in TQM implementation
Abstract
The need to pay attention to the quality of organizational communication is essential to the life of organizations and their continuity in an environment characterized by its intensely competition and complexity, especially when organizations adopted quality culture as an administrative approach that seeks to change and improve all components and activities of the organization. This shows the relationship between the organizational communication and the Total Quality Management, so that improving the quality of organizational communication and applying its criteria is increasingly important as a prerequisite for the successful implementation of the Total Quality Management principles in the organization.
