Availability of Standards Selection for Human Resources in the Aden Secondary School for Gifted in the Republic of Yemen

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the availability of Standards for human
resources related to (gifted students - educational body - administrative body), and the
research used descriptive analytical method, the sample consisted of all the workers in
Aden schools (teachers - administrative), the sample was (73) persons, and the research
reached the following results:
- The axes as a whole obtained a mean (1.67), a standard deviation (0.50), and the
availability of human resources selection criteria in the Aden Secondary Schools for
gifted students (very few).
-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ).0.0≤α(
between the responses of the research sample members due to variables (type of school
- job title - years of experience in the field of gifted)
