The reality of the quantitative internal efficiency of basic education in the Republic of Yemen

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the reality of the quantitative internal efficiency of
the basic education system in the Republic of Yemen, By measuring quantitative internal
efficiency indicators for basic education, Determine the annual cost of the student and
determine the physical waste resulting from the failure and leakage, For this purpose, the
research used the regrouping method to calculate the indicators of the internal quantitative
efficiency of the basic education system, This is done by constructing a student flow graph
structure that allows calculation of the success rate, repetition rate, and dropout rate for the
cohorts, and then calculating the quantitative internal efficiency indicators and the level of
efficiency. Search Results showed that the education system in the Basic Education
System has not lived up to reach to achieve its objectives quantity required level, Which
impact on the internal quantum efficiency, And quantification of loss resulting from the
failure and dropout among students ratio was (69.5%), The research was presented some
recommendations to raise the efficiency and effectiveness to reach the desired leve
