Contribution of women at family decisions A sociological approach between working women and women at home

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the contribution of women to family decisions and the comparison between women working and women at home through a sociological approach to some studies and theories. The study found that the husband's authority was reduced due to changes in the structural level of the Algerian family. Within the family, but the participation of women in decisions concerning the family, despite the different functions, especially for women working, so it became its role as a member of the social value in family life and intervention and participation in family decisions and this in light of the changes experienced by Family, including social, cultural, economic.
