Abstract

Thus losing the quality of learning and the absence of the school of respect, which was yesterday his example of the learner, and this is among the reasons for the deterioration of education in the world Particularly in Algeria. Because the quality of quality education model of the teacher who works to train a man educated, not only teach science and knowledge. A profession abandoned by the teacher for several reasons. The study raised the question: What is the real reason for the decline in the teaching profession? What are the reasons for the teacher's abandonment of moral values in his profession?
