Abstract

Abstract : The state has known great developments since its inception and has become the focus of philosophers and thinkers since its inception. It brought with it the dreams of societies in a bright future. After the stage of tribal tyranny and royal and ecclesiastical control, the state was able to overcome the obstacles that hampered its political role, which embodied the aspirations of individuals for freedom and dignity. The emergence of the modern state, but a new challenge had to look at the (globalization) put before the test of new Is globalization a natural extension or a new threat to the existence of its sovereignty and democracy
