The impact of the practice of physical and sports activities to reduce test anxiety among high school students
Abstract
The study aimed to know the effect of the exercise of physical and sports activities within the educational institutions in
reducing the concern of the exam as a kind of anxiety of the situation associated with the exam positions, so that these
positions in the individual feeling a sense of fear when faced, And if an increase in an individual, it leads to the impediment to
the performance of the exam, and his response was not balanced and the researcher found a positive interaction between the
exercise of educational and sports activities and reduce some of the psychological problems associated with academic
achievement such as fear or anxiety of exam
