Abstract

This study treats with the reality of the Algerian written press during the stage of media pluralism. This stage, which
transferred the written press from the unilateral approach in the proposal to the pluralistic approach and the varied proposal.
In this transformation, the media content will undergo many changes that may be in the interest of the public opinion It may
also be a factor in theabuse of the public interest and the service of public opinion. Therefore, in this study, we have relied on
reading the Algerian media reality in the stage of media pluralism through the principles of social responsibility theory in the
media and its reflection in the media During its national media pluralism stage.
