Abstract

This study attempts to provide a reading of the various trends that dealt with the
family system in analysis, including the network of family relations and the various
laws and rules that govern it, and focused on the models of modernity in the vision of
women, and the Islamic model, where the feminist trends in various walks of life that
the family today became a burden and prison Women, in particular, have a military
stance that restricts freedoms and suppresses all creative situations. Hence, their call to
dismantle this system is the cultural image through which they can benefit from the
human energies (women in particular). Of course, The problem of family fabrication is
that they are individuals and not members.While the Islamic vision of the family was
founded on the fact that the family is a year of universality that can not be denied. It is
based on the principles of mercy and affection. These values call for compassion, not
contractual and deconstructionism.
