Abstract

History has never yet witnessed an attachment from man to man, or from a
developed state to relieve the pain of other states, from there, and in such a world
Material than ours, can we believe in the development of the Third World by other
countries living in distant continents. This work provides a critical view of the situation,
the events and the circumstances surrounding the process of creating the concept of
human development and its transfer to the Third World.
The work provides insights into unconfessed motives, which build a concept,
positioning itself as a substitute for the old colonial apparatus, and also allows a review
of the resulting results, including gaps between northern and from South. Indeed, an
American citizen gets rid of 40% of his food in the landfills at a time when workers in
Bangladesh are working 7 days a week and 12 hours a day without reaching 500
calories per day. Even a part of the disparities generated by the policies of international
organizations after 70 years of their existence.
