Abstract

The subject of education in contemporary societies occupied a prominent place of
the various debate of political, cultural, social and educational actors, because it
contributes to the creation of social behavior. The general objective and goal of
educational systems is to prepare the good citizen who seeks to build his country and
achieve Aspirations of his community. The second half of the twentieth century has seen
considerable and growing efforts to reform educational systems. Algeria, like other
countries, has pursued a comprehensive reform of its educational system by renewing
and updating its goals and objectives on societal considerations in order to achieve two
basic goals: To keep the intellectual, social, economic and cultural transformations
within the wave of rapid and successive global changes on the one hand, and to
improve educational outcomes and the formation of individuals capable of building
their nation on the other
