Abstract

The twentieth century is considered an important period in the lives of human peoples and modern societies, as the latter witnessed rapid development in several fields: economic, educational, political, social and cultural... This is due to the progress witnessed by the media and communication, whose components and effects were studied by a number of researchers based on These studies formulated a number of theories, but it is noticeable on the latter that most of them were based on concepts and approaches that are consistent with the nature of the Western personality and Western society, and these theories were found for a society other than ours. For the West, it must take into account the total rules in the minds of individuals, and that lack of awareness fails all projects to simulate the European model, so in order for us to be effective, we must work according to a theory that stems from our Islamic origins, embodying the concept of values, and through this research paper we will try to find out the feasibility or effectiveness of applying theories Western media in Algerian studies?
