Abstract

The importance of the Internet is increasing at the international level with the diversity of its uses and the increase in the number of its users. Its importance is not limited to the field of information exchange only. Today, it plays political, social, economic, scientific and cultural roles that greatly influence social systems in general and Arab public opinion in particular. The latter, who live at the bet of using the network to build a culture of the future that should be open and pluralistic, and capable of interacting with the global culture on the basis of equality, as Arab culture can contribute to the crystallization of universal values, and respect the culture of the other from an equal perspective
