Administrative digitization and its impact on job engagement: A case study of the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS) in Laghouat Province

Abstract

This study aims to present theoretical and applied concepts of administrative digitization and job engagement. It relied on a questionnaire (185 samples) to collect data, which was then analyzed using SPSS. The study reached a set of results, as follows: The level of implementation of administrative digitization was high, with an arithmetic mean of 3.86. The level of job engagement as a whole was also high, with an arithmetic mean of 3.58. There is also a direct relationship between administrative digitization and the dimensions of job engagement as a whole and each dimension individually. The significance of this effect is confirmed by the calculated f value.

Based on this, a number of recommendations were formulated, including: Providing applied training programs and ongoing technical support to accompany employees during and after the digital transformation process, enabling them to acquire the skills necessary to use technology effectively and feel that the organization supports them and invests in developing their capabilities; Providing digital reward and recognition systems targeting employees most engaged with the digital transformation process, to enhance motivation and establish a culture of recognition for efforts.
