الملخص
حددت هذه الدراسة تطبيق دورة PDCA لحل مشكلة جودة أي مؤسسة ، بغض النظر عن نوعها أو حجمها. تم استخدام دورة PDCA وأدوات الجودة الأساسية لتحليل مشاكل الجودة وتنفيذ حل ناجح. دورة PDCA هي تقنية إدارة تكرارية من أربع خطوات ، وتتألف مرحلة الخطة من التحقيق في المشكلة. تألفت مرحلة التنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية وتم التحقق من فعالية التحسينات في مرحلة الفحص. كانت المرحلة الأخيرة من PDCA هي Act حيث سيتم البحث عن فرص أخرى لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. في كل مرحلة من مراحل دورة PDCA ، نحتاج إلى استخدام أدوات الجودة الأساسية السبع.
