تأثير إدارة الوقت على التسويف الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه في ظل التمكين النفسي کمتغير وسيط
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من الدور الوسيط للتمكين النفسي في العلاقة بين إدارة الوقت والتسويف الأكاديمي. ويشمل مجتمع البحث طلبة الدكتوراه بالجامعات الجزائرية حيث شملت العينة 301 طالبة وطالب دكتوراه، تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان إلكتروني وتم استخدام طريقة نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM) بإستخدام برنامج SmartPLS 4 لتحليل البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن إدارة الوقت لها تأثير على التسويف الأكاديمي، وأن التمكين النفسي ليس له تأثير على التسويف الأكاديمي، كما أنه لا يوجد تأثيرًا وسيطًا للتمكين النفسي على العلاقة بين إدارة الوقت والتسويف الأكاديمي. وبذلك تأكد نتائج الدراسة أن إدارة الوقت تلعب دورًا في تقليل التسويف الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الدكتوراه بشكل مباشر وليس من خلال التمكين النفسي كوسيط.
