آثار الأحداث العالمية على آليات تسعير النفط خلال الفترة 2010-2022 وأفاقه المستقبلية
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى إبراز خلفيات تسعير النفط وتبيان آثار كل من أحداث الربيع العربي وأزمة كورونا والأزمة أوكرانية على أسعار النفط كما هدفت إلى تحليل أفاق ومدى امكانية تسعير النفط بعملة أو عملات غير الدولار مستقبلاً، وهذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال عرض مفاهيم حول أسعار النفط والتطورات التاريخية لآليات التسعير المتبعة بالإضافة إلى تسلسل زمني لكل من أحداث الربيع العربي وأزمة كورونا وأكرانيا وتبيان الآثار الناجمة عنها على السوق النفطية وكيف آثرت على آليات التسعير
وقد توصلت الدّراسة أن عمليات تسعير النفط تتم بالدّولار الأمريكي وأن الأحداث العالمية الدولية لم تأثر على آليات التسعير المعمول بها دوليا، وحتى يتم التحرر من الهيمنة الدولارية يوجد شروط وسنريوهات لا بد للدول المصدرة للنفط العمل عليها معا، لكن مع عدم توفر الإرادة والاتفاق بين الدول المصدرة للنفط وتزايد الحاجة لعملة الدولار لديها. جعل من إمكانية التحرر من الهيمنة الدولارية شبه مستحيل على الأقل في المدى القصير
