Abstract
The present study aimed at investigating the nature of In-service training teachers attitudes in Ouargla, After confirmation of
the validity and reliability of the study tool, the study was applied on a sample of (216) teachers of primary school from
Ouargla. The researcher adapted the analytical descriptive methodology.
After applying the SPSS, test results show:
- Teachers have negative attitudes towards In-servicetraining.
- There are statistically significant differences of teachers’ attitudes toward In-service training depending on the educational
district.
- No statistically significant differences of teachers’ attitudes toward In-service training depending on the scientific
qualification.
- No statistically significant differences of teachers’ attitudes toward In-service training depending on the years of experienc
