Abstract
Public relations is a dynamic engine for enterprises, although the services provided in the definition is the real foundation, but it still suffers from several difficulties, therefore, interest in the study of public relations and its role in improving the institutional performance is extremely important to achieve excellence and success in any organization. Therefore, this study aimed to attempt to highlight the role of public relations in improving the performance of the economic enterprise in order to achieve this goal, conducted a field study in Mills Marmora Guelma on a sample of 153 personnel, the study found, among other results, the most important of the public relations in the Algerian economic institution suffers from several obstacles, which negatively affected the institutional performance
