Abstract
The current research aimed to investigate the global structure of the teams work among the teachers of intermediate
education and verify the indications of honesty and consistency. The study sample consisted of (191) teachers in the state of
Tiaret from different levels of study. This is reflected in the indicators of consistency and consistency, as demonstrated in the
study of the validity of construction, the honesty of discrimination, and the global exploratory analysis and confirmatory
analysis, which allowed the extraction of three factors, which accounted for 52% of the total variance
