Abstract

The rapid pace of life has had a negative impact on individuals. Social change has had a profound impact on children who have become delinquent and criminals. Also the development of media and technology, which had the effect of the role of families and institutions of social upbringing was unable to play its role. Through this work, we will seek to understand the relationship between social change and juvenile delinquency, as well as the search for treat this phenomenon.
