The Motivation Components of Adult Learning towards Their Professional Training Working in the Banking Sector.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the level of learning motivation in training process and examinate the expectancy model. Among a sample of Participants consisted (n =154) of Banking sector workers. The data were collected by using the Training effectiveness measures (Tannenbaum et al, 1991). And the Descriptive statistics. Mean, Median, Variance, Std. Deviation, Maximum, Minimum, Skewness, and Kurtosis. The results indicated High level of motivation to learn among the students of the on the three cores of: Valence, Expectancy, and Instrumentality.
