Abstract

The contemporary society is distinguished by obvious influence by the information
and community technology which indicate that the world of the third millennium is moving
towards an urban community, depending on the communication through international
communication network the internet and the audiovisual tools. The main challenges of this
technology is that it is going very fast beyond human perception thus the study of
consequences made critical spatial economic, social and cultural changes so that it could
have a clear influence on the cities and citizens future .
