Abstract

One of the most important manifestations of the change in the social structure that has affected Arab societies recently is the growing participation of women in the fields of work, as women in the world in general have become present in most sectors. The value of her achievements and giving, as well as her financial support for her husband and her family, including what is negative, as the work left its effects on the working woman, which is evident prominently in the multiplicity of her roles as a mother, wife, and housewife. And professional burdens, this led to her feeling that her roles and burdens increased and she was exposed to the so-called role conflict, which caused her some psychological, social and professional difficulties. The current study is looking for the effect of role conflict among working women
