لعنة الموارد الطبيعية: اختبار تجريبي لعينة من البلدان النفطية باستخدام نماذج بانال الديناميكية
Résumé
حاولت هذه الدراسة القيام باختبار تجريبي لمدى تعرض عينة من 30 بلد نفطي لما يسمى بلعنة الموارد الطبيعية وذلك بالاعتماد على بيانات البانال الممتدة خلال الفترة 1996-2017 ، باستخدام نماذج بانال الديناميكية وطريقة التقدير GMM، وتم اعتماد إجمالي ريع الموارد الطبيعية كنسبة من GDP كمؤشر على وفرة الموارد الطبيعية. يتضح من نتائج التقدير أن ريع الموارد النفطية له تأثير إيجابي على نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الخام فكل زيادة بنسبة 1% في حجم ريع الموارد النفطية يقابله زيادة مقدارها 0.03% في نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الخام وذلك مع ثبات كل العوامل الأخرى، كما أن معلمة ريع الموارد الطبيعية معنوية عند مستوى 10% ، ، ما يعني أنه لا أثر للعنة الموارد النفطية على النمو الاقتصادي في البلدان النفطية الثلاثين المدرجة في الدراسة.
