Abstract

The sociology of enterprise continues to deal with changes in organization and its neoteric in a general context of
attempts to adopt a context of knowledge that combines old concepts and attempts to link them to news, Where the
historiography of organizational phenomena proved the existence of a solid relationship between organizational
variables witnessed by the enterprise and the contribution of organizational thought in an attempt to understand it.
The paper focuses on trying to create a cognitive combination between the conflict of the role at working women as
a classic variable and the phenomenon of functional burnout as a modern pathological face give us a range of
dimensions worth to be study and analyze
