Social responsibility and its relationship to the sustainable development of human resources within the university
Abstract
It has become imperative for organizations to redouble their efforts and seeks to build
deeper strategic relations with the environment that affect and are affected by it, in order to
meet the challenges, especially those related to sustainable development requirements that
drove the Organization of internal isolation as a closed system to a modern look and more
complex external environment and complicated. As the concept of social responsibility is
gaining interest among organizations making this concept comes out of being optional
voluntary practices algebraic practices represent a source organization's survival and ensure
continuity within the build approach to social responsibility.So the purpose of this study
through the theme of social responsibility and its relationship to sustainable development of
human resources to follow this offering in fact through the problematic study in the field
within the University where the latter is one of the most important organizations that has
human capital development necessary to achieve sustainable development. So through this
study we sought to highlight the content of roles that you can the University do to human
capital development, in partnership with Community institutions and provide labor market
efficiencies, and this study aims to show the achievements of the University in its investigation
into its role in the sustainable development of human resources, will be seen in our study of
the reality of the role of desalinated.As a result the importance of this subject in various
dimensions, which many researchers studied and tried to encourage organizations to adopt
her, several international bodies working in this aspect, including the International
Organization for standardization issued in 2008 international standard
