Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the level of emotional equilibrium among primary school teachers and to
identify the differences in emotional equilibrium by sex , qualification and experience, the method used is
descriptive. The study sample consisted of (100) teachers and teachers from some schools in laghouat city,
randomly selected, data collection was used to measure the emotional equilibrium by Hoeing Abdel Hamid Issa. The
study found the following results: Elementary school teachers have some laghouat schools a low level of emotional
equilibrium .There are no statistically significant differences in primary school teachers in emotional equilibrium
due to the variable of gender and the scientific qualification and the experience.
