The role of psychological empowerment of educators in reducing psychological crises - a field study in the institutions affiliated to the Directorate of Social Activity in Laghouat -
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of psychological empowerment of educators
and its dimensions (freedom in choice, self-efficiency, the meaning of work, work
development) to eliminating psychological crisis and its stages (early warning, real
crisis, chronic crisis, crisis solution) in the direction of social activity-laghouat-, and
to achieve the study objectives the model of study was developed according to its
questions, based on previous studies in this field, a questionnaire was distributed to a
sample of (50) Single, statistical program (spss) was used to analyze the data. The
results showed no significant relationship between the dependent and the independents
variables, also the study recommended the importance of adopting psychological
empowerment as a new management approach in light of the managerial environment
challenges in general and the social sector in particular, in addition to the deepening
of applied studies in this field.
