Abstract

The Budget Programming and Monitoring Directorate (B.P.M.D) is a decentralized service under the authority of the General Budget Directorate at the Ministry of Finance. As a decentralized service of the State having no administrative or financial autonomy, it is subject to the central power (Ministry of Finance) and that of the Wali representing the State on its territory.

This study carried out at the level of the B.P.M.D of the Wilaya of Bejaia; allowed us to dwell on the administrative organization, operation, specific tasks and missions of the Budget Programming and Monitoring Directorate (B.P.M.D) in general and the Directorate of the Wilaya of Bejaia in particular
