Rights that may and may not be oath
Abstract
The plaintiff usually provides evidence of the veracity of his claim; Such as the testimony of witnesses, written documents, presumptions, and the like. As for the oath and the swearing of the opponent, it is a compulsory appeal - for a person who lacks an argument and lacks evidence - to the obligation and religion of his opponent, perhaps he confesses, or does not swear falsely and ambiguously in order to deduct this blasphemous oath from his brother's money.
The oath differs in its legality according to the different rights, as it does not exceed money or what is intended for money when a group of jurists gather, and it is not directed in worship, or the limits, or the murders of others.
