Abstract

The particular history of political parties cannot be written as a tributary of the history of contemporary Algerian political thought. The experience of entering the electoral battle did not take place until after 1989, the date of approval of the first legal constitution which opened up space and freedom for political association to compete with each other, although it was an experience adopted at the beginning and the end The context is based on the demands, conditions and needs of the authority. The democratic bankruptcy in Algeria lies in the fact that the political arena was not formed from the start with its cultural sphere as a necessary condition for any exercise of public affairs, and that all that happened was the hypothesis pluralism in the margins and the periphery with the construction of real power at the center of the core.
