Post traumatic growth: Conceptual and Theorical Perspectives
Abstract
This article aims to display Post-Traumatic Growth literature from a positive psychology point of view, and the positive changes regarding overcoming psychological trauma and recovery from it among individuals who have developed their status comparing to before experiencing traumatic events in various areas, including: Life appreciation, relationships with others, personal strength, opportunities, and spirituality to the highest levels of psychological functioning.
