Abstract

This study aims to determine the nature of the tourism industry and the most important strategies adopted by Algeria in order to develop the tourism industry. It is its contribution to the GDP, which did not exceed 20% despite the availability of all the ingredients it enjoys. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is that Algeria must adopt more effective strategies in order to develop its tourism industry
