Bonnardel B53 nonverbal intelligence test in professional selection
Abstract
The current study aims to verify the psychometric properties of the (B53) test to assess logical thinking prepared by Raymond Bonnardel in a sample of employees of the economic institution. Where the study sample consisted of 200 individuals (150 males and 50 females). The results of the study reached the following:
The (B53) test possesses acceptable psychometric indicators according to the characteristics of a good test.
