نمو ما بعد الصدمة: المنطلقات المفاهيمية والنظرية
الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى عرض ما ورد في سياق نمو ما بعد الصدمة من وجهة نظر علم النفس الإيجابي وما يترتّب من تغيرات إيجابية خاصة بكيفية تجاوز الصدمة النفسية والتعافي منها عند الأفراد الذين طوّروا وضعيّة ما كانوا عليه قبل تعرّضهم لأحداث صدمية في مجالات شتّى منها: تقدير الحياة والعلاقات مع الآخرين والقوة الشخصيّة والفرص المتاحة والروحانيات وصولا إلى أرقى مستويات الأداء النفسي.
