Processing Charge

The Social Empowerment Journal (SEJ) is an open-access academic journal published by University Amar Telidji of Laghouat, Algeria, under the Ministry of Higher Education. There are no publication fees for authors. All articles are freely accessible upon publication, following the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows users to access, download, share, and redistribute articles without a subscription, while enabling adaptation and transformation of the content for non-commercial purposes.
