الالتزام بأخلاقيات الأستاذ الجامعي ودورها في تحقيق جودة التعليم العالي بالإشارة الى الجامعات اليابانية
الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أحد اهم الخصائص الواجب توفرها في الاستاذ الجامعي باعتباره الركيزة الاساسية لتقديم المادة الاكاديمية في التعليم العالي، ألا وهي الاخلاقيات، وهذا ضمن السعي نحو تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي من منطلق بناء قاعدة البحث لدى الطلبة في التحلي بالأمانة العلمية في مختلف الدراسات، ولعل أشهر الدول التي تتبنى الاخلاقيات كأسلوب حياة نجد اليابان والتي ساهم التزامها بالأخلاقيات في تحقيق الكثير من النجاحات خاصة في مجال التعليم، كل هذا من اجل بناء قاعدة تعليمية متينة تنتج أساتذة كقدوة؛ طلبة كنموذج، وتعليما عالي بجودة منشودة.
وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الرجوع الى مختلف المراجع العلمية والمواقع الالكترونية ذات الصلة بمتغيرات الدراسة، ومن ثم اعتماد دراسة حالة –الجامعات اليابانية نموذجا- لتحليل العلاقة بين اخلاقيات الاستاذ الجامعي وجودة التعليم العالي، أين خلصت الدراسة الى أن اتباع قاعدة اخلاقية في التدريس أدي إلى الرفع من مستوى الجامعات اليابانية، لتحتل بذلك المراتب الخمسين الاولى عالميا.
