دور معامل التأثير العربي في تجويد النشر العلمي للدوريات المفهرسة ضمن قواعده للفترة 2015-2022م
الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور معامل التأثير العربي في تجويد النشر العلمي للدوريات المفهرسة ضمن قواعده للفترة من (2015-2022)، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل تقارير معامل التأثير العربي للفترة (2015-2022)، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تزايد عدد المجلات المفهرسة في معامل التأثير العربي خلال الفترة المحددة، من 28 مجلة عام 2015 إلى 557 مجلة عام 2022، وبلغ الوزن المرجح لنسبة التطور الكلي في عدد الدوريات المفهرسة حوالي (63%)، وتتراوح عدد الدوريات الجديدة التي دخلت التصنيف ما بين (28- 147)؛ أي بمتوسط زيادة (90.38) دورية جديدة كل عام، وبلغت المجلات الجديدة ذروتها عام (2017) بدخول (147) دورية جديدة في التصنيف، في حين شهد العام 2022 خروج أكبر عدد بواقع 166 مجلة، وتوزعت الدوريات المفهرسة على 35 دولة، عربية وإسلامية وأجنبية، تركزت معظما في العشر مراتب الأولى، وهي: الجزائر، العراق، مصر، فلسطين، السعودية، ليبيا، الأردن، سوريا، اليمن، والإمارات، بمجموع يقدر بحوالي (2374) مجلة، أي بنسبة مجتمعة تزيد عن 85%، من المجموع الكلي، فيما توزعت بقية النسبة على بقية الدول، وبنسب متفاوتة. كما تصدرت مجلة الجامعة العربية الامريكية للبحوث وتصدر في فلسطين، المراكز الثلاثة الأولى خلال الفترة من (2015-2022)، بتكرار قدره سبع مرات. وأشارت النتائج إلى دور معامل التأثير العربي في تجويد النشر العلمي للدوريات المفهرسة ضمن قواعده بدرجة متوسطة، مع وجود اختلاف بين مستوى جودة النشر العلمي في أول تصنيف للدوريات المفهرسة، وبين مستوى جودة النشر العلمي لهذه الدوريات في آخر تصنيف عام (2022)، لصالح العام 2022، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لتجويد النشر العلمي للدوريات المفهرسة.
